Anything can be a weapon

Honestly, in my training & train of thought, anything, literally anything can be a weapon. When I began sitting down, at home; restaurants; work, and really thinking about what it meant to be classified as a "weapon", I realized that Sifu Beheler was right: "They" can take away everything from you; your pride, your self-respect, your joy, your happiness, your freedoms, your rights as a person. But, there is one thing that "they" can never take away: Your knowledge.

Therefore, I have begun compiling my personal mind-knowledge as I go thru life, categorizing what could be and should be thought of as a "weapon". This of course, is in the event that my life or family's lives are in danger & I needed to defend myself/them.

But, my favorite weapon of all, besides my mind of course, is a nice, swift elbow to the face, neck, adams apple, collar bone, abdomen, crotch, inside of the thigh (nice nerve endings there)...etc. As Sifu once stated, women have small hands/knuckles, so it's good to train using the "big knuckle": your elbows.

Plus, I've found thru observing/training that your arms are instantly a great defense mechanism that can very easily set up those elbow shots without a lot of effort. Sweet!
