Elbow Strikes

Elbow strikes can be delivered assisted or unassisted. The elbows can be thrown forwards and back. Remember, never step in to deliver the elbow, but if he's already this close, it will help you get out!

Here the elbow is delivered unassisted.

Here, the strikes are delivered with the assistance of the other arm. Grasp the fist of the associated elbow with the other hand. Use your entire torso to torque the blow.

Here the elbow is thrown to the attackers solar plexus or his head, when he makes the mistake of not securing my arms.
