Which self defense DVDs are worthwhile? You can read the author written synopsis, but that tends to be bias.
Some mega websites have reader reviews of self defense DVDs as well as thousands of other DVDs on unlimited subjects. No need to drill down and filter to focus on our favorite subject (self defense, of course). Here we have reviews written by people just like you, looking for honest, practical, helpful information.
